Welcome to The Boulevard!

The Boulevard Ensemble Studio Theatre continues to be the "go to" place for the unexpected and entertaining. Boulevard began a cultural eruption when it opened its doors on Kinnickinnic 25 years ago and the overflow of civic improvement and cultural contributions to both the Bay View neighborhood and the greater Milwaukee community continues to provide fertile soil for new, emerging artists.

The Ensemble deals strictly with artisan-crafted theatre that is fresh, wonderfully imperfect and still has flavor and punch. No homogenization, no standardization, and no "sameness"--EVER.

The Boulevard Theatre's 26th season is supported in part by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin and the National Endowment for the Arts as well as receiving support from the United Performing Arts Fund, the Milwaukee Arts Board and CAMPAC.

Boulevard has also been recently supported by the Northwestern Mutual Foundation, the Cream City Foundation – Joseph R. Pabst Infrastructure Fund and generous donors like you.
